ProductsFit has in place a quality assurance program, which covers the areas from product sourcing, product inspections, supplier evaluations, to internal operations. We have been maintaining the processes to produce consistent output.
ProductsFit is headquartered in Fremont, United States. We have offices in Asia and Europe.
ProductsFit is basically a wholesaler, which sells products in bulk to retailers (2B). However, if a consumer can order the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of a product, we will fulfill the order. It does not matter if you are a business or an individual.
Buyer
ProductsFit stands behind the products we sell. All retail orders with the exception below come with a 14-day money back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition. Simply click the Return button on your order at our site and follow the instructions to return your order. Once we receive your return, we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Due to the special conditions, we only accept the returns of the orders of the PPE products IF the products are defected, damaged, or do not meet the specified standards in the original orders.

All of our products are 100% Authentic, Original & Brand New. We do not sell Fakes, Replicas or Refurbished products in any circumstance. We will refund in full if you receive the fakes, replicas, or refurbished products from us.

ProductsFit ship products to most of the countries as long as the shipping carriers are able to deliver. The shipping cost and time will be estimated and provided to you for each order before you pay.

Great! ProductsFit is delighted to work with the makers who produce the quality products. We have built an extensive retailer network worldwide to help you sell your products in a more efficient way.
To be a supplier of ProductsFit, you must meet the following minimum criteria:
  • your business is registered as a legitimate business entity and it has the formal entity ID or tax ID in your country;
  • your products have obtained some quality certification and/or your products must pass ProductsFit's product quality standards;
  • you must be able to prove manufacturing capabilities according to ProductsFit's guidelines.

PPE Products
Due to the high demand and shortage of PPE products, fulfillment can take several weeks depending upon orders, in particular on those authorized by FDA or other regulations.

AS OF NOW, ANYONE WHO CLAIMS THE IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OF THE AUTHORIZED PPE PRODUCTS IS MOST LIKELY A SCAMMER!

ProductsFit work directly with the manufactures. We're the high priority of shipping the quality products to our customers.

ProductsFit works closely with lots of the authorized PPE products manufacturers. We are capable of handling orders for millions of PPE products. As of now, for the certified PPE products , such as N95/KN95 respirators, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 10,000.
